The Georgia Tumor Registrars Association is hosting an in-person educational conference November 9-11, 2026.  We are currently organizing the comprehensive 2.5-day event and are planning for over 50 registrants. This is also a special conference as GATRA is celebrating our 50^th anniversary.

This conference provides a much-needed avenue for continuing education for cancer data professionals and allows them to stay current on abstracting and coding guidelines that impact complete and accurate cancer data reporting.  The conference also offers an opportunity for obtaining continuing education credits that are required for cancer data professionals to maintain their certification.     

The GATRA Education Committee invites you to be a sponsor of the event. The sponsorship choices are below:

• Advertising in Registration Materials and Conference Brochure

Your Company name and logo included in all correspondences advertising the conference.

• Vendor Table

This includes a physical table with 1 (one) meeting registration which includes meals. 25% discount if vendor is also a speaker. Additional fee for each additional vendor representative

• Meal Sponsor

Donate and sponsor a meal for the attendees as we will be providing breakfast and lunch each day of the conference. In addition we will have a 50^th anniversary celebration event dinner.

• Goodie Bag Swag

Your Company swag for attendees if unable to attend in person with a vendor table. We would need approximately 80 items.
