• Review the primary site anatomy and regional lymph nodes
• Review the updated instructions for coding EOD Regional Nodes when there are clinical and pathological only codes
• Outline the various methods available for confirming HR-HPV status and how the results impact the coding of Schema Discriminator 2
• Discuss and assign AJCC TNM categories and prognostic stage groups, including classification timeframes
• Explain and assign the Site-Specific Data Items and Grade fields, SEER Summary Stage 2018, and EOD fields, including changes for V9
